Fête Nashville Luxury Weddings is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional Wedding Planner to join our team.
For over 16 years, we have designed highly personalized luxury weddings and events for clients across Nashville and destinations worldwide. Our work is known for its elevated design, thoughtful guest experiences, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are passionate about creating celebrations that feel beautiful, seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable.
Fête Nashville has spent years developing thoughtful planning systems, workflows, and processes that support both our clients and team. Our planners are empowered to focus on serving clients, managing events, and executing beautiful celebrations within an established and highly organized planning structure.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, genuinely loves serving people, and understands the level of care and precision required for luxury events.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage weddings and events from onboarding through event execution
- Serve as the primary planner and point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead planning meetings and guide clients through every stage of the planning process
- Create and manage timelines, floorplans, production schedules, budgets, and logistics
- Coordinate directly with vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Oversee wedding weekend execution and guest experience
- Conduct venue walkthroughs, rehearsals, and final production meetings
- Maintain organization and communication within our planning systems and processes
- Collaborate closely with the Fête team to deliver an exceptional client experience
Qualifications
- Previous wedding planning experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work wedding weekends and occasional travel for destination events
- Experience with Aisle Planner is a plus
- Passion for luxury hospitality, design, and elevated guest experiences
- Kind, polished, dependable, and proactive
