At Fête Nashville Luxury Weddings, we believe life's most meaningful celebrations deserve thoughtful planning, beautiful design, and exceptional hospitality.
For more than 16 years, we've had the privilege of planning highly personalized weddings for athletes, entertainers, and discerning clients throughout Nashville and beyond. While most of our celebrations take place in Nashville, our work occasionally takes us to destinations around the world.
We're seeking an experienced Wedding Planner who is passionate about hospitality, thoughtful design, and creating unforgettable experiences for clients and their guests.
At Fête, you'll be trusted to lead your own clients and planning process while benefiting from the collective creativity, expertise, and support of an experienced planning team. While each planner leads their own weddings, we regularly collaborate on design concepts, share ideas and inspiration, explore new trends, and support one another throughout the planning process.

what you'll do
- Manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and planning milestones
- Research, source, and coordinate vendors
- Create planning documents, timelines, and event details
- Collaborate on design concepts and guest experience elements
- Lead client meetings, planning sessions, venue walkthroughs, and rehearsals
- Oversee event-day execution with professionalism and attention to detail
- Represent the Fête brand with warmth, professionalism, and integrity
- Minimum three years of wedding or event planning experience
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with Aisle Planner a plus
- Availability to work wedding weekends and occasional travel
